Guidelines

We kindly ask that you be mindful of the following guidelines that help keep our studio clean, warm and welcoming.
It’s our goal to provide a safe and supportive space so that all members may enjoy a positive class experience

Attending Class
Every new member who practices in our studio is required to sign an Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability before they take class. Please bare in mind without the signed waiver, participation in class will not be possible, no exceptions made.

Be Punctual
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your first class to allow time for completion.

Respect the teacher and your neighbors
Please practice as instructed by the teacher and do not practice your own series during class.

Etiquette
Shoes are not permitted in the practice, you can leave your shoes in the cubicles provided.
Cell phones ( including tablets and laptops) are not permitted while class is in session, we recommend leaving them in lockers.

Practice GRATITUDE
To ensure a positive class experience, we recommend, before booking a class, to read the entire class description and the studio policy.
Whether you enjoyed the class you took or felt it was not your style, please know that we make the best effort to provide you with the best experience possible.
There is a teacher for everybody and we hope that our studio provided you with what you need for now. We appreciate any class feedback you want to share at contact@mudralina.com

Risk & Responsibility

Any medical or physical conditions, recent or persistent injuries, or relevant disclosures must be made by students to the teacher prior to the beginning of class. It is the responsibility of students to inform the teacher if they are experiencing any pain or discomfort.
The use of Mudralina Yoga Studio facilities denotes the acceptance of the risk associated with all forms of physical exercise, both during and after. If you are in any doubt about your ability to participate in our classes depending on your health conditions, please seek the approval of your doctor.
Mudralina Yoga, including any staff, owners, managers, and directors, will not be held liable for: a) any injury or harm resulting in participation or use of facilities, and b) any damage to or loss of personal property.

Mudralina Yoga Studio will not be responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances. We have lockers in our changing room, however, please refrain from bringing valuables into the studio.
The studio provides a Lost and Found box for items students may leave behind.

Frequently asked questions

NEW STUDENT?

Late comers
All our classes start and end on time.
We respect everyone’s practice so we encourage all participants to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class.   Please note it is our policy to not allow late entry and doors are locked once the class begins.

CANCELLATION OF CLASSES
When you book your place in class, we’ll hold that place for you. As we may need to turn away other clients from the time slot, it’s important that you only book for classes or sessions you can definitely attend.
If you cannot make it to a class you’ve booked for, please cancel 24-hour in advance. We want to give everyone the chance to get a spot in class, so we encourage you to be mindful and responsible when making  the bookings for you or for another person.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
Comfortable clothes! Mats are always available at no extra charge and we have complementary water and tea available.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IN ADVANCE OR I CAN I PAY AT THE STUDIO?
All payments have to be done before participating in a class or a workshop, via our website when booking your class.
