We kindly ask that you be mindful of the following guidelines that help keep our studio clean, warm and welcoming.
It’s our goal to provide a safe and supportive space so that all members may enjoy a positive class experience
Prepare for Class
No cells phones are allowed in the practice room. Please silence your phone and leave it with your personal belongings in the locker room
Attending Class
Please practice as instructed by the teacher and do not practice your own series during class.
Be Punctual
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of class
Practice GRATITUDE
To ensure a positive class experience, we recommend, before booking a class, to read the entire class description and the studio policy.
Whether you enjoyed the class you took or felt it was not your style, please know that we make the best effort to provide you with the best experience possible.

Risk & Responsibility
Any medical or physical conditions, recent or persistent injuries, or relevant disclosures must be made by students to the teacher prior to the beginning of class. It is the responsibility of students to inform the teacher if they are experiencing any pain or discomfort.
The use of Mudralina Yoga Studio facilities denotes the acceptance of the risk associated with all forms of physical exercise, both during and after. If you are in any doubt about your ability to participate in our classes depending on your health conditions, please seek the approval of your doctor.
Mudralina Yoga, including any staff, owners, managers, and directors, will not be held liable for: a) any injury or harm resulting in participation or use of facilities, and b) any damage to or loss of personal property.
