Please note that because our teacher trainings are limited to a small number of attendees, our policies will be strictly applied.
Take a moment to read through the terms and conditions below so you are fully aware of what our terms are.
OUR INTENTION
It’s our intention to make things as simple as possible for anyone who wants to go enroll in our yoga teacher trainings. The price, payment and refund policy are intended to be as fair as possible, while also sparing Mudralina Mindful Living, our partnered yoga schools, venues and teachers an unjustified loss.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
Once you’ve been accepted to the program, you can secure your spot by paying a 250 € non-refundable deposit.
Remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 month before training starts. If full payment is not received by 4 weeks before the start date, your spot will automatically be offered to anyone on the waiting list.
Mudralina Mindful Living cannot hold a place in a Yoga Teacher Training, other courses or any special event without receiving a non-refundable deposit.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
When your deposit it is received, the registration is reserved until full payment is made, after which it will be confirmed. The remaining balance is due 1 month before the beginning of the course.

Important notes
Payment must be received in EURO
All payments must be net of (excluding) any currency conversion charges or bank transfer fees. You must make sure all bank fees and charges for your transfer are covered in your deposit, including international transfer charges. Check with your bank prior to payment.
Please email us after making payment so we know you are joining us – then we can find this payment in our banking and add you to the course and the students group.
REFUND POLICY
A 250 Eur non-refundable/transferable deposit is payable upon application.
The deposit is deducted from the total cost of the course. This is non-refundable but is transferrable up to 12 months from the start of the course. We understand that life happens and if you cant attend a YTT within the 12 months for extenuating circumstances, please email us at contact@mudralina.com.
Refund Policy:
Full refund of only paid amounts (excluding deposit) if you cancel more than 2 months before start date.
For cancellation within 2 months of the course start – no refund, but credit can be transferred to another yoga teacher training. Credit is valid within 12 months.
No refunds will be issued if a student chooses to leave the venue accommodation or the training at any point during the course.
Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the course, or for arriving late or leaving early.
Any accepted refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.
COVID-19 Policy
If the retreat needs to be cancelled because the government guidelines mean it is not possible for it to go ahead then you can either move the booking to a future retreat date or receive a full refund.
If the retreat is able to go ahead but the restrictions in your local area stop you from being able to attend we will try to re-book your place. If your place is filled you have the option to move the booking to a future retreat date or receive a full refund.
If the retreat happens as scheduled, but a guest decides not to attend based on any other reason than a country’s border closure, then the regular cancellation policy (stated above) will be maintained.
We recommend taking out travel insurance for the retreat checking that it has a suitable coronavirus clause.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
In order to participate in retreats with Mudralina Mindful Living we strongly recommend that that you purchase your own travel insurance. Please get a travel insurance policy that will protect you should you need to cancel.
Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
LIABILITY
Mudralina Mindful Living does not accept any liability for theft or damage to personal possessions; personal injuries or medical conditions that develop during or after the course; or any costs, cancellations or charges incurred as a result of fire, natural disaster, problems with transport, or any other events beyond our control.
Guests are responsible for their own medical and health care. They should carry their own medicines if necessary.
Other Terms & Conditions
- Mudralina Mindful Living reserves the right to cancel any event (yoga retreats/yoga teacher trainings) if necessary. In the unlikely event that this occurs, a full refund of all amounts paid will be returned to the client.
- In the unlikely extreme circumstance that Mudralina Mindful Living had to cancel any YTT, Mudralina Mindful Living will refund the full amount of the YTT only, not costs associated flights, transfer or transfer flights or any other cost incurred to you (it is highly suggested that students acquire travel insurance to cover any situation that may arise, such as change of ticket dates, sickness, family, etc.)
ADVISORY NOTE
By sending the Application form, I hereby agree to the following:
I understand that participating in a Mudralina Mindful Living teacher training course is entirely at my own risk.
I understand my own body’s challenges and take full responsibility for my own yoga practice.
I understand that Mudralina Mindful Living Yoga reserves the right to terminate my participation or continuation in the course if it finds my presence disturbing to the group process. In such case Mudralina Mindful Living Yoga reserves the right to refund my fee. If it does it will only be on prorate basis.
Mudralina Mindful Living Yoga reserves the right to make minor amendments in the course content, teachers or accommodation if needed and the same can not be used by me to ask for a refund.
I understand and agree that once I have joined the course physically, Mudralina Mindful Living Yoga is not be liable to refund me the course fee if I chose to drop-out of the course due to any reasons or circumstances.
CANCELLATION DISPUTES
We have the final say in all disputes over cancellations and of course will try to solve the issue. We intend to approach all reasonable issues with understanding, flexibility and compassion.
From that place, a solution can always be found.
