We are so thrilled you are coming to a retreat with us. Please do read through the terms and conditions below so you are fully aware of what our terms are.
It’s our intention to make things as simple as possible for anyone who wants to go on a retreat. The price, payment and refund policy are intended to be as fair as possible, while also sparing Mudralina Mindful Living and our partners an unjustified loss.
Please note that because our trainings and courses are limited to a small number of attendees, our cancellation policy will be strictly applied as following :
HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Hold deposits are transferable to another course within 2 years or an attendee found and assigned by original attendee – if the retreat participation in canceled 30 days before.
- Full balance due 30 days before start date of retreat/course unless otherwise noted.
- Cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.
- Within 14 days of your retreat: no refunds given, no exceptions.
Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.
In case the retreat is rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, Mudralina Mindful Living liability is limited to the refund of paid amounts only. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. Mudralina Mindful Living cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.
If the retreat needs to be cancelled because the government guidelines mean it is not possible for it to go ahead then you can either move the booking to a future retreat date or receive a full refund.
If the retreat is able to go ahead but the restrictions in your local area stop you from being able to attend we will try to re-book your place. If your place is filled you have the option to move the booking to a future retreat date or receive a full refund.
If the retreat happens as scheduled, but a guest decides not to attend based on any other reason than a country’s border closure, then the regular cancellation policy (stated above) will be maintained.
We recommend taking out travel insurance for the retreat checking that it has a suitable coronavirus clause.
If you need to cancel for any other reason please see our cancellation policy.
In order to participate in retreats with Mudralina Mindful Living we strongly recommend that that you purchase your own travel insurance. Please get a travel insurance policy that will protect you should you need to cancel.
Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
Mudralina Mindful Living does not accept any liability for theft or damage to personal possessions; personal injuries or medical conditions that develop during or after the holiday; or any costs, cancellations or charges incurred as a result of fire, natural disaster, problems with transport, or any other events beyond our control.
Guests are responsible for their own medical and health care. They should carry their own medicines if necessary.
I understand that participating in a Mudralina Mindful Living retreat is entirely at my own risk. I understand my own body’s challenges and take full responsibility for my own yoga practice.
We have the final say in all disputes over cancellations and of course will try to solve the issue. We intend to approach all reasonable issues with understanding, flexibility and compassion.
From that place, a solution can always be found.
