Yinvaluable Yoga focuses on slow-paced postures held for longer periods to promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation. This practice allows you to access deeper layers of your body, enhancing flexibility and joint health.

The  session is themed around aspects of self-mastery and personal value. Through guided meditations and reflective prompts, you will explore and embrace your inherent worth and unique qualities.
