Madalina’s passion for yoga, wellbeing and the wish to support individuals through accessible and mindful movement, inspired and led to the wonderful project of Mudralina Mindful Living.

Always a student, Madalina has completed over 1500 hours of Yoga trainings and her style is strongly influenced by the teachings of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya. She embraces the philosophy and ethics of yoga and designs her classes to her student’s specific needs.

With extensive continuous education in integrative oncology and integrative medicine, she has created and led specialized workshops and classes, designed to integrate the needs of cancer survivors, in treatment, newly diagnosed or looking to improve their health.

She has taught “Wellness on the Chair” corporate workshops and has joyfully watched many people improve their body health and their mental health, regardless of physical capacities, through the practices of yoga.

In addition to weekly classes, Madalina leads yoga retreats and events, corporate wellness programs and international yoga teacher trainings.

Her classes combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration.

In March 2021, Madalina was invited to teach “Wellness on the Chair” at the OSCE – Organization for Security and Co-operation in HR Round Table.

Lastly, Madalina’s close to the heart passion lies in promoting a cruelty free lifestyle. You can often find her sharing her support for #livecrueltyfree on her IG and sharing the joy of making simple and compassionate choices every day.

At Mudralina Mindful Living, our mission is to create an environment where you can experience balance and relaxation, in a supportive and fun atmosphere that promotes growth and community.

Our welcoming studio respects Yoga’s history and philosophy while embracing new styles of Yoga & Wellness.

You are always welcomed in the studio, to practice in a relaxed and welcoming setting, as classes are offered in English and designed for all levels of practitioners.

After the class, you can make yourself comfy on the couch and let the yoga practice nourish you.

Write, call, visit ! I look forward to meeting you
