Iโ€™ve always traveled while studying, teaching and practicing yoga. Went to different places out of my comfort zone, heard new languages and try to speak them, tried exotic fruits and listen to beautiful music, meet new people and learned about their culture. Was a life-changing experience each time.

But none of it compares to what itโ€™s like living somewhere that isnโ€™t home. Living abroad can be a wonderful and strengthening experience. Though you get used to a new routine and enjoy a new comfort, something about missing friends and family can be overwhelming.

This is why one of the first things I took when decided to open the studio was the couch. I imagined people will stay after the class and enjoy a cup of tea, share some of their stories and experiences and enjoy community bounding! Slowly slowly, gentle gentle, it became โ€œour tea roomโ€.

You are always welcomed in the studio, to practice in a relaxed and playful setting, as classes are offered in English and designed for all levels of practitioners. After you can make yourself comfy on the couch and let the yoga practice nourish you, without rush without hurry.

Write, call, visit ! I look forward to meeting you
