Always a student, Madalina has completed over 1500 hours of Yoga trainings and her style is strongly influenced by the teachings of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya. She embraces the philosophy and ethics of yoga and designs her classes to her student’s specific needs.

Madalina’s warm and inclusive teaching style creates a welcoming space for practitioners of all levels to explore their inner peace and strength.

Himanshu

Himanshu’s teaching style is rooted in the ancient traditions of yoga, with an emphasis on yoga therapy, breath awareness, and mindfulness.

His training practice and anatomy teachings are infused with the miracle of the human body. Thus inspired, he inspires students to be curious, to realize their own limitless potential.
In love with how subtle bodies anatomy links so effortlessly to Western anatomy, his trainings blend serious scientific knowledge with a sense of humour.
