This Tantra Kundalini class is all about embracing radical freedom and empowerment through movement.

In this session, we’ll focus on opening our hearts and minds with a series of progressive backbend exercises. These poses are aimed at untying the knots within our hearts, allowing us to spin the “prayer wheel of love” and connect with our inner strength.

Throughout the class, we’ll explore various backbend flows that gradually lead us towards poses like camel and wheel variations. By embodying the spirit of Svatantrya Shakti—where freedom and empowerment converge—we’ll work towards physical and emotional liberation.
